Platinum Consulting Services (PCS) has it most experience in grant management. Some of the services that could be provided by our grant management staff include:

• Assisting with budget maintenance during the grant funding term;

• Serving as a liaison between the client and vendors to get updates on quotes and prices;

• Preparing and submitting amendments to the grant narrative and/or budget; and/or

• Assisting in the completion of the beginning, middle, and end-of-year grant program reports.
